Manufacturing Facilities:
Our multipurpose manufacturing unit of Panchsheel Organics Ltd is situated at Madhya Pradesh in the central province of India at Indore, in B6/ B7, Sector ‘C’, Sanwer Rd Indl Estate, Indore 452015. It is very well equipped with most modern production facilities and latest equipments capable of undertaking large orders and complex reactions very comfortably with plenty of available land of which 5,000 sq.mt is constructed land covering 4 manufacturing blocks. We have sufficient Government permission and maintain all different types of licences for safety, pollution etc and also have been allotted sufficient power supply . We also maintain an approved effluent treatment plant.
We have established a new division of our company i.e. Panchsheel Agri Bio-Tech Pvt Ltd , a biospeciality company which is engaged in manufacturing and exporting probiotics and enzymes. We also manufacture Bio Fertilizers ,Organic Fertilizers, different products of Insectides, Herbicide, Pesticides, Fungicides, Viricides, Water Soluble Fertilizers, Plant Growth regulators , Fertilizer Nutrients. We offer Bio Speciality Chemicals, Aquaculture / Poultry and Veterinary range of products , Dehydrated Culture Media.

Custom Manufacturing:
We undertake custom synthesis, contract manufacturing activities and offer job work facilities for APIs, Drug Intermediates and Finished Formulations as per client’s specific requirements and able to deliver the products in customised labelling and packaging. We are capable of handling bulk orders very comfortably.
We have a large clientele includes Dr Reddys ,Nicolas Piramal, Macleods, Lintas , Art Drugs, Sun Pharma, Ipca Labs to name a few.

Our customs & government approved public testing laboratory in the name of Invochem Laboratory is situated at 226, Gauri Commercial Complex , Station Rd , Vasai (E), Mumbai. The unit was established in 1996 and since then is providing multifarious services including Analytical as well as contract services to different manufacturing units with the help of sophisticated technology. Our Sophisticated and highly advanced technology, skilled personnel provide highest accuracy and complete security of customer’s products.
It is a spacious well equipped lab with advanced and sophisticated instruments like GC, HPLC, IR, UV & Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.
Also various facilities for Microbiology, Sterility, Pyrogen Toxicity and Bacterial Endotoxin Tests, Toxicology Studies, Stability Studies, Method Development & Validation are provided.
We undertake analysis of Drugs, formulated drugs, cosmetics, Ayurvedic formulations, food analysis & dyestuff.
BIOFERTILIZERS
Biofertilisers are products that contain microorganisms essential for soil fertility and plant growth when added to the soil. It contains living microorganisms that colonize the rhizosphere or the interior of the plant when given to seeds, plant surfaces, or soil, and encourage growth.
Biofertilisers supply nutrients to plants through natural processes such as nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilization, and the creation of growth-promoting bacteria. They help restore the soil’s natural nutrient cycle and increase soil organic matter.

DEHYDRATED CULTURE MEDIA
Dehydrated culture media have a wide variety of applications, in industrial microbiology (food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, vaccine production, animal health, analysis laboratories, etc.). The dehydrated powder form gives the culture medium a longer lifetime of up to 5 years, allowing them to be prepared comfortably and easily. The high quality of the raw materials used in its production, as well as the strict quality controls carried out throughout the process.

Declaration of Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company has declared the Interim Dividend in their meeting held on 13th February, 2021. The record date fixed for the purpose is Tuesday, 23rd February, 2021; therefore the Dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose name appears on the register of the members of the company or on the records of Depositories as Beneficial Owner of shares as on the record date.Dematerialization of Shares
The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide amendment to Regulation 40 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015 dated 8th June, 2018, mandated transfer of securities in dematerialize form only w.e.f. December 5, 2018. i.e. no transfer of securities shall be allowed in physical form after 5th December, 2018. Hence, the shareholders are requested to dematerialize their shares with their Depository Participant before 5th December, 2018 or otherwise they may lose their right to transfer shares after said date. Alteration of Memorandum of Association and make necessary changes in Article of Association The Board of Director in its meeting held on 21st January, 2020 taken decision in relation to grow the business of company via online trading of pharmaceutical products which is the main object of the company and touch the widen market worldwide. In this regards, your Board has propose to pass relevant special resolution through postal ballot. The Company has extended the E-Voting Facility via NSDL to members of the Company.
